$5 FRESH FOOD VOUCHER PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to participate in the Taste of Cleveland Campaign and $5 Fresh Food Voucher Promotion ("Promotion") forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is The Trust Company (Australia) Limited ACN 000 000 993 as Custodian for the Haben Property Fund Ltd ACN 139 914 775 as Trustee for the Haben Cleveland Trust ("Promoter"), trading as Cleveland Central, 90–91 Middle Street, Cleveland QLD 4163.
3. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, associated agencies and their immediate family members may participate in the Promotion unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

PROMOTION PERIOD

4. The Promotion will be conducted on selected dates throughout the 2026/2027 financial year as advertised by the Promoter.
5. Promotion dates, times and locations will be published on the Cleveland Central website, social media channels and promotional materials and may be amended, postponed or cancelled at the Promoter's discretion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

6. To be eligible to receive a $5 Fresh Food Voucher, customers must spend a minimum of $15.00 in a single transaction at any Cleveland Central retailer during the applicable Promotion event.
7. Customers must present a valid receipt to authorised promotional staff during the event to claim their voucher.
8. Receipts must clearly display the retailer name, transaction date, transaction time and qualifying spend amount.
9. Up to 200 $5 Fresh Food Vouchers will be available at each Promotion event date.
10. A maximum of 2,000 vouchers will be distributed throughout the Promotion period.
11. Vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
12. Limit one (1) voucher per qualifying transaction.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts and participant eligibility at any time.

CONDITIONS OF THE $5 FRESH FOOD VOUCHER

14. Each voucher has a value of $5.00.
15. Vouchers are valid on the day of issue only and expire at the close of trade on the relevant event date.
16. Eligible spend may occur at any Cleveland Central retailer; however, vouchers may only be redeemed at participating fresh food retailers nominated by the Promoter.
17. Participating fresh food retailers currently include:
    a. George's Gourmet Meats;
    b. Skippy's Farmhouse; and
    c. Banjo's Bakery.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to add, remove or substitute participating retailers at any time without notice.
19. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given for any unused portion of a voucher.
20. Only one voucher may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise approved by the participating retailer.
21. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
22. Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, defaced, forged, photocopied or reproduced vouchers will not be accepted and will not be replaced.
23. Vouchers must be surrendered at the time of redemption.
24. Individual retailer terms and conditions may apply.

GENERAL

25. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of receipts, participants and voucher claims and to disqualify any person who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the Promotion process, submitted fraudulent claims or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.
26. Incomplete, illegible, altered or invalid receipts will not be accepted.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
28. If any aspect of the Promotion is affected by technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
29. Any costs associated with participating in the Promotion, including internet access, travel or purchases, are the sole responsibility of the participant.
30. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.

LIABILITY

31. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
32. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, participating retailers and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred by a participant arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or redemption of a voucher.
33. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay arising from technical failures, unauthorised access, theft, fraud, third-party interference, lost or damaged vouchers, or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

PRIVACY

34. Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Cleveland Central Privacy Policy available at https://www.clevelandcentral.com.au/privacy-policy.
35. Personal information collected may be used by the Promoter for administering the Promotion and, where consent has been provided, for future marketing communications, promotions, competitions, events, retailer offers and newsletters.
36. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.
37. Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the Cleveland Central Privacy Policy.
