Marieta has worked in the jewellery industry for almost 20 years and has spent more than a decade serving customers at Cleveland Central. Before joining Lee Volk's Jewellers six years ago, she worked for the jeweller previously located in the centre, meaning many of her customer relationships pre-date the Lee Volk's store itself.

After previously working for a large jewellery chain, Marieta says being part of a family-operated business has been a completely different experience. Rather than feeling like just another number, she feels genuinely valued, supported and encouraged by owner Lee Volk and the wider team.

Life Outside the Store

When she is not helping customers, Marieta loves spending time with her family, escaping to Hamilton Island and enjoying an annual getaway to Bali with her husband. She is also a country music fan, with Morgan Wallen among her favourite artists. Her favourite jewellery is anything gold, especially rings, and her previous experience in visual merchandising gives her an exceptional eye for detail and beautiful presentation.
