Meet Millie-Gram: The New AI-Powered Prescription Robot

As part of the store’s transformation, TerryWhite Chemmart has installed the BD Rowa Vmax, an advanced AI-driven prescription dispensing system designed to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Customers helped name the robot through a community-led campaign, and the winning name — “Millie-Gram” — is now officially part of the team.

To celebrate the relaunch, Terry White himself returned to Cleveland Central to mark the occasion.
More than 20 years after first opening the store, his visit brought a meaningful sense of connection and history to the day, resonating strongly with customers and staff.
